Solon home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Solon rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Solon in September 2018.
