Euclid home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Euclid fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Euclid in August 2018.
