Mayfield Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mayfield Heights fell by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 26.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,500 - a 19.4% decrease over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in August 2018.
