Berea home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Berea fell by $700 while total sales remained unchanged with 43 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $131,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Berea in August 2018, as well.
