University Heights home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in University Heights rose by $39,650 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $140,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in University Heights in August 2018.
