Olmsted Township home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Olmsted Township fell by $60,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,750 - a 24.6% decrease over the $246,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Olmsted Township in August 2018.
