Westlake home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Westlake rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 22.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 3% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Westlake in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
