Oakwood home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Oakwood fell by $133,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,000 - a 78.8% decrease over the $169,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oakwood in July 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 8.7% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
