Garfield Heights home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Garfield Heights rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 35.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,750 - a 4.5% increase over the $57,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Garfield Heights in July 2018.
