Bedford Heights home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Bedford Heights fell by $74,900 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 55.5% decrease over the $134,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford Heights in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
