Bedford home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Bedford fell by $28,750 while total sales increased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,250 - a 31.9% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Bedford in July 2018.
