Parma home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Parma rose by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $116,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in Parma in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
