Olmsted Falls home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Olmsted Falls fell by $59,950 while total sales increased by 92.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 30.8% decrease over the $194,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in July 2018.
