University Heights home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in University Heights fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,500 - a 3.3% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in University Heights in July 2018.
