Lakewood home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Lakewood rose by $22,548 while total sales increased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,898 - a 13.5% increase over the $167,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Lakewood in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
