Valley View home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Valley View rose by $26,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Valley View in July 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
