Westlake home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Westlake fell by $65,650 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 24.7% decrease over the $265,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Westlake in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
