Walton Hills home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Walton Hills fell by $6,625 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,500 - a 3% decrease over the $218,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Walton Hills in July 2018.
