Rocky River home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Rocky River rose by $43,500 while total sales increased by 17.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 19% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Rocky River in July 2018.
