Chagrin Falls home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Chagrin Falls rose by $165,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 82.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Chagrin Falls in July 2018.
