Orange home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Orange rose by $136,325 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,325 - a 53.5% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Orange in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
