Garfield Heights home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Garfield Heights rose by $16,365 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,500 - a 32.6% increase over the $50,135 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Garfield Heights in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
