Oakwood home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Oakwood fell by $39,151 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,750 - a 36.3% decrease over the $107,901 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Oakwood in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
