Bedford home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Bedford rose by $13,625 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 20.2% increase over the $67,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Bedford in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Bedford for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,417, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
