Seven Hills home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Seven Hills fell by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $191,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Seven Hills in June 2018.
