Olmsted Falls home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Olmsted Falls rose by $1,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 21 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in June 2018, as well.
