Strongsville home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Strongsville rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 5% increase over the $209,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Strongsville in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Strongsville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,611, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
