Maple Heights home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Maple Heights fell by $4,450 while total sales increased by 59.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 9% decrease over the $49,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Maple Heights in May 2018.
