Bedford home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Bedford rose by $2,300 while total sales decreased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,200 - a 3.3% increase over the $69,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Bedford in May 2018.
