Parma home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Parma rose by $11,450 while total sales increased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 181 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 10% increase over the $115,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 162 homes sold in Parma in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
