Bedford Heights home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Bedford Heights rose by $12,750 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 11.1% increase over the $114,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Bedford Heights in May 2018.
