Lakewood home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Lakewood rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Lakewood in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakewood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,511, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
