Walton Hills home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Walton Hills rose by $33,950 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,900 - a 19.3% increase over the $175,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Walton Hills in May 2018.
