Olmsted Township home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Olmsted Township fell by $8,800 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,700 - a 4% decrease over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Olmsted Township in May 2018.
