Orange home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Orange rose by $17,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,750 - a 6.3% increase over the $281,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Orange in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
