Maple Heights home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Maple Heights rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $43,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Maple Heights in April 2018.
