Bedford home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Bedford fell by $15,550 while total sales increased by 146.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,450 - a 19.9% decrease over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Bedford in April 2018.
