Bedford Heights home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Bedford Heights rose by $68,200 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 106.1% increase over the $64,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bedford Heights in April 2018.
