The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Broadview Heights fell by $73,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 30.4% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Broadview Heights in April 2018.
