Orange home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Orange fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Orange in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
