Moreland Hills home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Moreland Hills fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $459,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Moreland Hills in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $10,941, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
