North Olmsted home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in North Olmsted rose by $26,950 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,950 - a 19% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in North Olmsted in March 2018.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
