Westlake home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Westlake rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $185,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Westlake in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
