Strongsville home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Strongsville fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Strongsville in March 2018.
