Orange home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Orange fell by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 25.8% decrease over the $323,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Orange in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
