Garfield Heights home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Garfield Heights rose by $2,070 while total sales increased by 86%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,070 - a 4.5% increase over the $46,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Garfield Heights in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 6.1% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
