Bedford home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Bedford fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 7.6% decrease over the $72,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Bedford in February 2018.
