Oakwood home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Oakwood fell by $25,100 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 26.4% decrease over the $95,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Oakwood in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
