Bedford Heights home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Bedford Heights rose by $19,750 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 21.8% increase over the $90,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Bedford Heights in February 2018.
