Seven Hills home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Seven Hills fell by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Seven Hills in February 2018, as well.
